Cancellation policy

Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellation notifications must be done by e-mail to the Technical Secretariat of the Congress: secretaria@secat2023.com.

Cancellations received before May 20, 2023 will be entitled to 100% of the registration refund except €50.00 for management fees.

Cancellations received before June 1, 2023, will be entitled to 50% of the registration refund.

No partial or total refunds will be made in case of cancellation of conferences due to the non-attendance of speakers or other changes in the main program of the congress.
